Let’s face it, nobody really saw this coming and nobody really knows what to do other than stay home, stay safe and get through this as best we can.

Having said that, there are many van users (and car users) who still need to be on the roads – whether you are delivering vital medical equipment to our NHS staff and support workers or you work in industry’s such as plumbing & heating and have ‘key worker’ status, some people still need vans.

For that, Crusader can help! We are still open and have been throughout the crisis and will continue to do so for as long as possible, working remotely and strictly observing all government guidelines. Over the years, we have invested substantially in our IT infrastructure which allows all our teams to work from home, including sales, sales admin and accounts. Whilst we may not be at full capacity, our dedicated teams are here from 9-5, 5 days a week.

How we can help

There are a number of ways we can help our customers:

  1. Our sales teams are on hand to provide pricing for both new cars and vans as well as used vehicles and as always, our flexible, non-biased approach will ensure you get the right vehicle for your needs.
  2. If you’re a key worker, we can get your new vehicle delivered or organise for you to collect it, all with a contactless handover. All we will need is proof that satisfies the dealerships and finance companies of your key worker status and we’re away! If you’re unsure about what info you need to provide, please get in touch! 
  3. Balloon refinance, contract extensions, mileage adjustments, payment holidays are all things that we are able to help with – having processed nearly 300 over the lockdown period so far, we’re up to speed on everything we need to do to help you out.
